The Olam IT department offers a challenging environment with access to the latest technologies and platforms. We invest in individuals, to support learning and career progression, and actively encourage knowledge sharing and job rotation.
Our ambitious Infrastructure team are responsible for managing the global base of user accounts, a large intranet and a series of websites. They have built and continue to maintain state-of-the-art infrastructure and use virtualisation technology to ensure consistent and effective support, testing and deployment globally.
Always seeking ways to advance technology and support for business operations, they have recently expanded collaboration tools to improve cross-geography working, one of many initiatives.

We regard our global implementation of SAP as the most successful in our industry. We operate a single instance so we can manage and support it more effectively for business continuity.
