The annual programme runs from June to August and places Interns in departments related to their area of study. Mentors and real projects bring theories learnt in the classroom to life.
This is not a paid opportunity; however, we cover travel expenses and offer subsidised meals onsite.
To apply, send your CV with an introductory letter from your institution to us, clearing marking the subject as 'Internship Programme'.

The programme offers opportunities across 5 career streams; Manufacturing and Technical Services, Sales, Finance, Supply chain / Logistics and Commodity Procurement, through job rotations and projects.
The first month exposes new employees to different businesses through short job rotations. This is followed by 3 months training in a specified work-stream. For the subsequent 6 months individuals are responsible delivering 2 high-impact commercial projects, identifying genuine and actionable benefits to the business. For the final 2 months, employees gain team management experience.
Throughout the year, individuals engage with a variety of experts, shadowing, collaborating and working independently to build commercial knowledge and confidence, along with a strong network of supporters including the graduate cohort.
