Olam International Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a subsidiary in Argentina known as Olam Argentina S.A. (“Olam Argentina”), with a corporate capital of ARS12,000 and paid-up capital of ARS3,000 (approximately S$1,733).
The principal activities of Olam Argentina are those of sourcing, processing and export of agricultural products and food ingredients.
The incorporation of Olam Argentina is not expected to have any significant impact on the financial position of the Group for the current financial year.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the above transaction.
