Increase In Investment In Subsidiary

Olam International Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has increased its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Olam Honduras, S.A. from HNL25,000 divided into 250 shares of HNL100 each to HNL1,800,000 divided into 18,000 shares of HNL100 each through subscription of shares at HNL100 each at par fully paid.
The above transaction was funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any significant impact on the financial position of the Company for the current financial year.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the transaction.
