Olam International Limited (the “Company”) refers to its earlier announcement numbered 00135 issued on 4 January 2010 in relation to the notice of substantial shareholder’s change in interests by Breedens Investments Pte. Ltd. (the “Announcement”). An amendment has been made to the change in the percentage level in paragraph 2 of Part III in which the percentage should have been from “9.98% to 10.03%”.
Apart from the above amendment, all other information contained in the Announcement remain unchanged.
