Issue of S$300,000,000 subordinated perpetual securities under the US$5,000,000,000 Euro medium term programme
Olam International Limited (the “Company”) refers to its previous announcement dated 4 July 2017 in connection with its issue of S$300,000,000 subordinated perpetual securities (the “Securities”) under the Programme. The Company is pleased to announce that the Securities have been issued on 11 July 2017.
The Securities are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 12 July 2017. The SGX-ST assumes no responsibility for the correctness of any of the statements made or opinions expressed or reports contained herein. Admission to the Official List of the SGX-ST and quotation of the Securities on the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Company, its subsidiaries, its associated companies, the Programme, the Securities or of the merits of investing in any Securities.
