Amit Khirbat leads discussion on cashews at International Nut Congress, Melbourne

On 20 May, Olam’s Senior Vice President of Edible Nuts, Amit Khirbat, will moderate the Cashew Satellite Panel at the International Nut Congress (INC) in Melbourne, Australia. Mr Khirbat will lead the discussion on the production, market dynamics, consumption, trends and challenges facing the cashew industry, and will focus attention on the appeal of cashews as a source of health and well-being. He draws on 16 years of experience at Olam, where he has helped the company to cement its position as a leading global player in the industry.
Organised by the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council, INC draws top executives from across the industry to discuss and debate key aspects and challenges facing the dried fruit and nut segment.
