Olam receives Sustainable Business Award at the Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards
Olam has been recognised as one of the top companies in Singapore in implementing sustainable practices across its core operations. It took home the Sustainable Business Award in the Large Organisation category at the 2017 Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards – one of only three companies accorded the honour. Our Global Head of Corporate & Sustainability Communications Briony Mathieson was on hand to receive the award from guest of honour- Singapore’s Minister for Finance Heng Swee Keat.
The Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards is one of the most eminent in the corporate sustainability space. Held at the Park Royal on Pickering in Singapore on 8 November, the awards are in the 2nd year running and are organised by the Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS), the Singapore chapter of the United Nations Global Compact.
