Olam International Limited (the “Company”) refers to the announcement made on 9 March 2007 relating to the general offer for Queensland Cotton Holdings Limited.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company has vide its subsidiary, Olam Australia Pty Ltd extended the offer period for its takeover bid for Queensland Cotton Holdings Limited. The offer is now due to close at 7.00pm (Brisbane time) on 30 May 2007 (unless extended).
