Increase In Investment In Subsidiary

Olam International Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has increased its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Outspan Brasil Importacão e Exportacão Ltda. from R$579,159 to R$1,525,000 through subscription of shares at R$1 each at par fully paid (the “investment”).
The investment was funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any significant impact on the financial position of the Group for the current financial year.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the said investment.
