    We’ve completed the acquisitions of Olde Thompson, a leading USA private label spices and seasonings manufacturer with expertise in blending and product formulation, Club Coffee in Canada and Märsch Nuts Ingredients in Germany. These acquisitions will drive the expansion of our private label capabilities across North America and Europe.

    We have made operational improvements in our wheat milling and pasta manufacturing facility and will maintain leading positions in Nigerian poultry and aqua feed. We seek to improve cotton out-grower yields in our integrated ginning business.

    Olam typically plans over the period of two three-year cycles – our current strategy is valid until 2025 and is subject to regular review.

    What are your targets?

    Our growth targets include financial metrics set by each operating group and the Group overall. We measure and track Group financial metrics, including EBITDA, earnings before interest and tax (EBIT), Profit After Tax and Minority Interest (PATMI), Operational PATMI, ROIC, ROE, EBIT on average invested capital (IC) and Free Cash Flow From Operations. At the operating group level, the profitability metrics are EBIT, EBIT margin (ofi) or EBIT per tonne (Olam Agri), and EBIT/IC.
