Olam International Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the incorporation of the following wholly-owned subsidiaries:
(1) Name : Olam Honduras, S.A.
Paid-up Capital : HNL25,000 divided into 250 shares of HNL100 each
Principal Activities : Sourcing and supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients
Country of Incorporation : Republic of Honduras
(2) Name : Outspan Colombia S.A.
Authorised Capital : COP5,000,000,000 divided into 5,000 shares of COP1,000,000 each
Paid-up Capital : COP3,000,000,000 divided into 3,000 shares of COP1,000,000 each
Principal Activities : Sourcing, processing and supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients
Country of Incorporation : Republic of Colombia
The incorporation of the subsidiaries is not expected to have any significant impact on the financial position of the Group for the current financial year.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the above transaction.
