Incorporation Of Subsidiaries
Olam International Limited wishes to announce the incorporation of the following wholly-owned subsidiaries:
(1) Name : Olam Dalian Limited
Registered Capital : US$1,600,000 (approximately S$2,400,000)
Principal Activities : Processing and supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients
Country of Incorporation : The People’s Republic of China
(2) Name : Olam Zambia Limited
Paid-up Capital : ZMK5,000,000 divided into 5,000,000 shares of ZMK1 each (approximately S$1,800)
Principal Activities : Sourcing, processing and supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients
Country of Incorporation : Republic of Zambia
The incorporation of the subsidiaries was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any significant impact on the financial position of the Company for the current financial year.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions.
