| Transfer of all shares, representing 27.91% of the issued and paid up capital of Kewalram Chanrai Holding Limited (‘KCHL”) to Hariom Trust. KCHL is the ultimate holding company of Kewalram Singapore Limited (“KSL”) which holds 413,134,877 shares, representing 26.56% of the issued and paid up capital of Olam International Limited. MKC was deemed to be interested in the 413,134,877 shares held by KSL by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act. Following the aforesaid transfer, MKC ceased to have a deemed interest in the 413,134,877 shares held by KSL. |
