Olam International Limited (the “Company”) refers to the announcement dated 12 September 2007 made by the Company in connection with the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Naarden Agro Products B.V. (the “Acquisition”).
The Company is pleased to announce that the Acquisition was completed. Following the completion of the Acquisition, Naarden Agro Products B.V. becomes a direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the above transaction.
