As at 10 November 2009, Temasek therefore had a total interest in 278,170,291 ordinary shares of Olam (“Shares”) representing 13.95% of the issued Shares comprising: (i) 74,773,468 Shares in which Aranda Investments Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek has an interest; (ii) 198,685,532 Shares in which Breedens Investments Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek has an interest; and (iii) 4,711,291 Shares in which DBSH, an associated company of Temasek, is deemed to have an interest.
