Olam International Limited (the “Company”) refers to its earlier announcement numbered 00058 issued on 17 May 2010 in relation to the acquisition of additional interest in New Zealand Dairy Farming Systems Uruguay (the “Announcement”). An amendment has been made to Olam’s percentage of ownership consequent to the acquisition in which the percentage should have been 18.45% instead of 18.35%.
Apart from the above amendment, all other information contained in the Announcement remain unchanged.
