    Dr Christopher Stewart joins dialogue on how RSPO measures up to climate change in Milan

    Olam Gabon’s Head of Environment and Sustainability, Dr Christopher Stewart joins a dialogue at this year’s RSPO European Roundtable in Milan on the 9th June.

    Discussing the topic of ‘How does RSPO measure up to climate change’, Christopher joins Laurent Cremona, Ferrero, Anne Rosenbarger, World Resources Institute, Dr Cecile Bessou, CIRAD Agriculutral Research for Development and Frazer Shepherd Lanier, Citi from 09.55am – 11.00am at the II Sole 24 Headquarters in central Milan, Italy.

    Building on previous RSPO European Roundtables which focused on ‘Shared Responsibility’ and a ‘Shared Action Plan’ this year’s event will stimulate a dialogue between the key players regarding what further steps must be taken to stimulate market transformation and increase the uptake of certified sustainable palm oil (CSPO) in Europe, in order to reduce deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions from palm oil production, while supporting livelihoods and economic development.
