Joydeep Bose, Olam’s President and Global Head of HR, is speaking at The Futurist, a one-day human resources conference which gathers local and international HR thought-leaders to discuss the trends and developments which will shape HR in the coming year.
Joydeep will deliver a keynote speech entitled ‘Evolving from First Generation HR to business critical HR’. He will address the direction HR is moving in, the need for the HR function to adapt in order to maintain its place in modern business, and the steps HR practitioners can take now.
Other speakers include Heads of HR at Facebook, Yahoo, and Standard Chartered Bank.
