Visit Olam Cocoa and Olam Spices at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting and Food Expo on June 2-5, 2019, in New Orleans at stand 2819. This will include chocolate pistachio oat granola bars prepared with TrueDark that are both vegan and gluten free, and indulgent chocolate brownie bites, made with Huysman H11NP cocoa powder that is produced in the USA.

The innovation experts from Olam Spices will present creamy garlic dressing samples made from our new, no sugar added, GardenFrost garlic puree. This addition to our puree portfolio is an expansion of our clean label programme and it improves operational efficiencies by cutting the thaw time to a fraction of that of alternative options in the market, including Hard Frozen.
